GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order is placed, you can expect it to be processed within 7-10 days. Items are shipped via UPS for domestic orders including Puerto Rico and Canada.
TRANSIT TIMES
Our transit times are based on UPS posted delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.

Login and click “My Account” from the top right menu. Then select Addresses and click “Edit” next to the address you would like to change.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped, and you can also find your tracking information by clicking on My Account and then Orders when logged into your Menatti account.

If you have entered the wrong shipping address for your order, immediately contact support by clicking the purple”Contact Us” button on the right side of this page.
If we are not notified immediately and the order is shipped, the customer is responsible for lost items.
We ship to all states domestically as well as most Countries internationally. If your Country doesn’t populate in the checkout form, that means we do not ship to your location at this time.
All items for a particular order will be packaged and shipped in the same package.
While we try to update inventory as soon as we are aware of purchase or error. The online updates can take several minutes to update and sometimes another customer can purchase the item before the online store can update the quantity. We will reach out to you as quickly as possible to refund you for the item.
